NECHE Grants Accreditation for Distance Education at LAU
Dear Colleagues,
I am delighted to share with you the news that the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) accepted at its Fall 2020 Commission meeting our distance education review report and hereby granted LAU approval to offer all current courses and academic programs via distance education through Spring 2022. In addition, NECHE accepted the LAU report with respect to offering an MBA in Global Business Administration and an M.S. in Computer Science in a fully online format and conferred that these two programs be encompassed within the institution’s accreditation.
This exceptional news during these challenging times is proof that together we will persevere and come out of this crisis stronger than ever.
