Part-Time Admissions Officer - Beirut
The Admissions Office is currently looking for an Admissions Officer reporting to the Admissions Manager. This position is based on Beirut campus.Role Summary
The Admissions Officer is mainly responsible for attending to inquiries at the admissions window and assisting in processing applications for admissions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary point of contact for applicants and parents at the admissions window, addressing their inquiries and providing information regarding educational opportunities, admissions requirements, and required entrance exams
- Assists in processing applications received as far as data entry and updating the applications with the received documents
- Contacts applicants to inform them about missing documents, deadlines and other related issues
- Assists in the calling campaigns
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in an administrative or related capacity
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
